In picture 12, you will unfold those 2 folds you had just made, leaving just the creases(either side, doesn't matter). Now grab the center at the bottom and open it, poke your finger in there if you need to(it will look like pic 13). Then grab the right corner and fold it to the center, the creases are already made for you so it should want to fold in the right spot(pic 13 shows where the right corner should go). Now do the same to the left side(pic 14). Now flatten it, as shown in picture 15. Then flip it over and do the same to the other side, both sides should look like pic 15. You'll be a pro in no time with all this repetition!
Now fold the smaller half(it is the bottom in pic 16) along the imaginary line, I have drawn a line in green to show you where to fold. See the picture on the right in pic 16. Now flip it over and fold the same point to the line you just made(pic 17). Flip it over again and do the same thing, so that the crease is folded from both sides.
This next step can be a little tricky. Open the design, so it looks like picture 18, now you will see a box in the center(I've highlighted it green). Poke the center of the box in, now push from all four side like picture 19. This can take a few tries to get it just right. When all the sides go in together, flatten the paper like picture 19(on the right).
Turn the design so that the point is downwards(pic 20), now grab the top right corner and fold it down to the left, so the bottom is parallel with the crease you made earlier(I have drawn a green line over it). Then do the same to the left side, it will look like pic 21, then do the same to the back side, making it look like pic 21 on both sides.
Now grab the bottom point(pic 22) and fold it upwards just like pic 23. Then flip it over and do the same thing.
